Read the Road Driving School are based in Southfleet near Gravesend, Kent. We operate a friendly, reliable and honest service all over North Kent, helping you prepare for one of the most important tests of your life. Approved by the Driver and Vehicles Standards Agency and CRB checked, we offer a wide range of lessons from beginners to full licence holders.
How much are your Driving lessons?
Here are our basic prices(1st April 2025):
- A basic one hour lesson is £38 (payable on the day)
- A block of ten lessons is £350 (payable on the first lesson)
- Your Practical driving test is charged at £70
- Pass Plus (minimum of 6 Hours) is £200
Do you take lessons in my area?
Based in Southfleet near Gravesend we operate in all the surrounding areas including, Istead Rise, Meopham, Longfield, New Ash Green, Northfleet, Higham, Vigo and many more.
What car will I drive?
You’ll be learning to drive in a dual controlled Ford Fiesta 1.5.
